Oabona Enock Nthebolang

Biografía

Dr O. E. Nthebolang is currently Manager, Graduate Research & Innovation at the Botswana Human Resource Development Council (HRDC). He holds Doctor of Philosophy – Educational Leadership and Management from University of South Africa (UNISA, 2021), Master of Education (Curriculum & Instruction, 2011) and Bachelor of Education (Science-Biology, 2000) both from the University of Botswana (UB). He has undertaken training on a series of Research Management and Administration and Intellectual Property related programmes conducted by World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), and Southern African Research Innovation and Management Association (SARIMA). He has also participated in the SARIMA – NCURA research and innovation exchange programme, in Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, 2017. Dr Nthebolang is an evidence-based policymaking practitioner who actively applies research and data-driven insights to inform the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies. His thesis is titled “Management of evidence-based policymaking as a pillar of the Botswana national human resource development strategy 2009-2022”.
