The online conference “Integrating Human Capabilities with Innovation Policy and Practice: Theoretical Implications and Reflections from South Africa” took place on Thursday December 12th, 2024. The event featured two distinguished speakers: Alejandra (Sandra) Boni from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and Erika Kraemer-Mbula from the University of Johannesburg. Together, they explored how the concept of human capabilities can positively shape innovation policy and practice, highlighting some examples from South Africa.
