Waste Research, Development and Innovation Roadmap Closure Conference will mark 10 years of the Roadmap and feature the outcomes of 15 research projects through a virtual conference.

Programme highlights

• 3 March 2026
  Waste diaper dumping, informal sector integration, economic impacts of plastic pollution, waste in national parks, and LCA and EPR regulations.
• 4 March 2026
  Recovering value from organic waste streams – food waste, sugarcane waste, citrus waste, and sawdust.
• 5 March 2026
  Recovering value from e-waste and waste plastics, including Li-ion batteries, magnets, PCBs, and plastic in roads.
