Gaston Heimeriks

Biography

Gaston Heimeriks is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Innovation Studies at Utrecht University. His work explores how scientific, technological, and social change can be better understood and governed in today’s information society.

With a background in biochemistry and science and technology studies, Gaston focuses on how knowledge evolves and how research systems adapt over time. He has also contributed to European and national policy projects on science, technology, and innovation.
