Leonardo Pamplona

Biography
Leonardo Pamplona graduated in Economics in 2004 Institute of Economics of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (IE/UFRJ). Post graduated in Development and Public Policies, in 2005 (IE/UFRJ) and 2008 (Rio de Janeiro University Institute of Research - IUPERJ), respectively. Master`s degree in 2011, in the Public Policies, Strategies and Development Program (PPED/IE/UFRJ). Began Doctorate in Production Engineering in 2018 (COPPE/UFRJ). Works for the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) since 2004. He has worked in the following Divisions: Infrastructure, Capital Market, Social Inclusion, Family Agriculture, Socioenvironmental Analysis, Amazon Fund (current). Role in TIPC: Conference 2019
