Victoria Pellicer-Sifres

Biography

Dr. Victoria Pellicer-Sifres is Energy Officer in Las Naves (the social innovation agency of the Valencia City Council) and researcher at INGENIO (CSIC-UPV). Her areas of expertise are Grassroots and Social Innovation; Energy Transition; Energy Poverty; Human Development. She has a long research and activist trajectory in the field of energy cooperativism and energy poverty. She has been visiting fellow in the University of Sussex (SPRU) and University of Manchester.
